BEANS
Sourced from Zita and Camilo Degay's two to three hectares in Barangay Bagumbayan, Tabuk City, Kalinga, known for producing some of the Philippines' best-tasting and aromatic coffees.

PRODUCERS
With eight years of expertise, the Degay family crafts high-quality beans, showcasing their passion and dedication to coffee cultivation.

PROCESS
Using the washed process, the beans are handpicked, de-pulped, fermented, washed, and dried, ensuring a clean, bright cup that highlights the natural flavors of Kalinga coffee.

    Tabuk Kalinga Arabica Review

    The aroma is incredible for the Tabuk Kalinga coffee beans. Flavor is so rich and smooth. Notes of cocoa and honey come through beautifully, and the acidity is just right. Whether I brew it strong or weak, it always tastes amazing.

    The quality is top-notch for Rositas Coffee Roasters. Packaging is superb and I can tell that the beans are freshly roasted. Can’t wait to try other variants. Highly recommended!

    comfort in a cup

    true to it’s description, the kalinga beans releases a fragrant smell as you ground it and upon drinking, its light bitterness gives a nice introduction to the subtle acidity and sweetness of the coffee. truly an enjoyable experience. highly recommended. will order again.
