COFFEE STORY
✦ BEANS
This Geisha is from its ancestral birthplace, the Bench-Maji zone of Ethiopia, where it grows in the wild at over 2200 meters. The high altitude slows cherry growth, concentrating its legendary floral aromatics.
✦ PRODUCERS
A collective of smallholder farmers in Bench-Maji cultivate this lot. They deliver their best cherries to the Lucy washing station, where experts sort and process them for quality.
✦ PROCESS
A traditional natural process is used, where whole cherries are dried slowly on raised beds. This method allows the bean to absorb sweetness from the fruit, producing a cup with remarkable aromatic depth and clarity.
This coffee is a handpicked selection from our exclusive Rosita's Reserve collection, representing the finest quality and most unique flavors of the season.
