Distict smell of jackfruit, it has dried fruity like raisins,tea like yes taste it, but when its cools down it become sweet. which is I like.

This one has a very mild and flavor to it. the roasting is light. beans are a bit harder to grind compared to medium roast. if you like light flavor, try this.

What I got is surprisingly is roast on the lighter side which is perfect as I brew filter/pourover.Tastes good with accurate flavor notes. Very nutty and a bit of milk chocolate body.

Very well packed. Another good seller of specialty coffee online, more of these will only mean healthier competition among sellers which will benefit us coffee enthusiasts. This is pretty good Sidamo although the same variety from another store suits my taste better. But this is good.

The beans are surprisingly good. Medium roast as expected, not overly roasted compared to others claiming medium roast. First time trying this roaster and it did not disappoint. Will definitely order this again.

Love it! It definitely has an orange bourbon scent. I had it black which I think is the way it should be taken as I find it light and can be overpowered by sweeteners. I think this would be good with a strawberry shortcake or any dessert that's not too sweet. ❤️❤️❤️

This is so good! tastes like my favorite childhood candies with bright acidity and sweetness. I know this is a limited release but I hope you release more coffee for us to experience.

I love its taste on espresso despite being recommended on pour over/filter.

Suitability:Good. Taste:Balanced. Quality:Good. I started with a 1:15 ratio. 14g Medium-Fine grind (42 clicks on Mischief grinder or 18 clicks Timemore C2) 5 pours of 42ml water in equal parts (210ml). Brew time of at most 3:30. Low bitterness, balanced, fruity and sweet. This is the second local beans from Mt. Apo that I liked. It's probably a good bag of starter beans to introduce people to pour overs.

Brew parameters. Brewer: Orea V4 Wide + Fast Bottom + Kalita 185. Coffee: 15g @ 40 clicks Mischief M40. Water: 255g @ 93°C Extraction time: 3:00. Taste: Lemon zest and cherry aroma with high sweetness, medium acidity and low bitterness and body. Notes of vanilla and cherry with hints of lemon zest.
