COFFEE STORY

BEANS
This Pink Bourbon is from Finca El Diviso in Pitalito, Huila, where it's grown at 1750 meters. The high altitude and volcanic soil slow cherry maturation, concentrating sugars and creating an elegant complexity.

PRODUCERS
Nestor and Adrian Lasso are modern Colombian coffee pioneers. They use precise, experimental techniques to bring out the extraordinary profiles of the rare varietals they cultivate.

PROCESS
Nestor uses a meticulous anaerobic natural process. Whole cherries ferment in an oxygen-free environment before being sun-dried. This produces a cup with stunning clarity, intense sweetness, and a vibrant, fruity character.
