Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  1. Domestic Shipping (Philippines):
    • Malolos: ₱40.00, delivery within 3-5 days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
    • Other parts of Bulacan: ₱85.00, delivery within 3-5 days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
    • Metro Manila: ₱100.00, delivery within 3-5 days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
    • Other parts of Luzon: ₱150.00, delivery within 3-5 days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
    • Visayas: ₱170.00, delivery within 7-9 days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
    • Mindanao: ₱190.00, delivery within 7-9 days (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving the order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship nationwide within the Philippines.
  • Please note that shipping times may vary based on location and shipping method chosen.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.

Shipping Delays

  • Due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, there may be delays in shipping. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays in your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at customerservice@rositascoffee.com within 7 days of receiving the damaged package or the expected delivery date of the lost package. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
