Coffee Story

BEANS
Founded in the 1970s, Sergio-Loon Coffee Farm is a renowned producer of high-quality Arabica coffee, located 1,500 meters high on Mt. Apo's volcanic slopes. Initially focused on vegetable farming, founder Sergio Loon reintroduced coffee cultivation in 2003, using intercrop techniques.

PRODUCERS
Under Lendilou Loon's leadership, the farm excels in coffee production and global marketing. The farm's dedication to excellence earned them 8th place in the 2024 Philippine Coffee Quality Competition's Arabica category.

PROCESS
Using natural processing (dry process), the coffee cherries are sun-dried, imparting fruity and wine-like flavors with notes of berries and tropical fruits.
