Ethiopia Sidamo coffee beans hail from the Sidamo region in southern Ethiopia, often regarded as the birthplace of coffee. This area boasts diverse microclimates, rich volcanic soil, and high altitudes, creating ideal conditions for exceptional coffee cultivation. Smallholder farmers traditionally grow Sidamo coffee alongside other crops, employing methods passed down through generations, ensuring a deep connection to the land.

Typically processed using the washed method, Sidamo beans are known for their bright acidity and vibrant flavors. The flavor profile features floral and fruity notes, often with hints of citrus and berry, reflecting the region's unique terroir.
