Cancellation Policy
Most of our beans are roasted fresh to order, so we're only able to cancel orders before they go into roasting or get handed off for shipping.
To cancel an order
Email us at hello@rositascoffee.com as soon as possible with your order number. We roast Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM in Malolos, Bulacan, and we'll do our best to catch your order before it's processed.
Once roasting or shipping has started
We're no longer able to cancel the order at that point. If there's an issue with what arrives, our Refund Policy covers your options from there.
