Coffee Story
Colombia Supremo beans hail from the lush, mountainous regions surrounding Medellín, a city renowned for its ideal coffee-growing conditions. The term "Supremo" refers to the size and quality of the beans, which are among the largest and best in Colombia. Grown at high altitudes, these beans benefit from the region's rich volcanic soil, abundant rainfall, and cooler temperatures, which together contribute to their exceptional flavor profile.
Colombian coffee is deeply rooted in the country’s culture and history, with generations of farmers perfecting their craft. The harvest is often done by hand, ensuring that only the ripest cherries are selected. This meticulous process, combined with the traditional washed processing method, enhances the beans’ bright acidity and vibrant flavor notes.
