Coffee Story
The Farm:
Granito de Oro, meaning “golden nugget,” is a stunning farm in Antioquia, Colombia, situated at 2,100 MASL and primarily focused on cultivating Chiroso coffees.
The Producer:
This coffee is produced by Nelson Urrego and his wife, alongside Doña Yudi, Doña Marcela, and Doña Fantina—the true leaders who work tirelessly, rain or shine.
The Process:
The Chiroso beans undergo a traditional washed process, where the fruit skin and pulp are carefully removed before drying.
