Coffee Story

Guatemala SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) coffee from Huehuetenango is grown at 1,500 to 2,000 meters above sea level. The region's cool temperatures, abundant rainfall, and volcanic soil create an ideal environment for Arabica varieties.

The coffee cherries are hand-picked and processed using both washed and natural methods to highlight their distinct flavors. SHB certification ensures these high-altitude beans meet rigorous quality standards, reinforcing Guatemala’s reputation for exceptional coffee and contributing to its rich coffee heritage.

    My Guatemalan Experience

I just fell for the single origin Guatemalan bean variety. For some one like me who loves a cup of joe on the sweet side but packs a kick of bitterness, this one is a delight to my taste buds. Indeed, a real pick-me-up morning drink for coffee-lovers out there.
